Refund Policy

Effective date: February 21, 2026

1. Credit purchases

One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account, except where required by law.

2. Subscription charges

Subscription payments are billed in advance for each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and access remains until the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptional refunds

We review refund requests for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or confirmed service malfunction. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. How to request a refund

Contact support from the in-app Support block and include your account email, payment date, amount, and reason for request. We typically respond within 3 business days.
