You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Generations consume credits based on selected model cost. Subscription and one-time credit purchases are billed via Stripe according to selected plan pricing.
You may not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, or content that violates applicable law.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from usage of generated content.
